Rapid Prototyping of Domain - Speci

This paper reports on an experiment in assembling a domain-speciic machine translation (MT) prototype system from oo-the-shelf components. The design goals of this experiment were to reuse existing components, to enable the use of machine-learning tools for parser specialization and for transfer lexicon extraction, and to make the transfer as powerful as possible.
